I would like to make a return. How do I do this?

If you’d like to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order using the contact form above. Our team will provide you with a return address and instructions. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll issue your refund within 5 working days. Please see our return policy for more information

My item is faulty or damaged. What should I do?

Please fill out the contact form with your order number and attach clear photos of the issue. We’ll review it and get back to you within 1–2 working days. If the item is faulty or damaged, we’ll offer a replacement, repair, or refund in line with our returns policy.

Can I change my delivery address?

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we may be able to change your delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. If your order has already left our warehouse, we’ll do our best to redirect it, but changes can’t always be guaranteed.

Do you offer assembly services?

Yes, we offer assembly on all furniture items. You can select the assembly service at checkout before placing your order. If you have any questions about what’s included, feel free to get in touch using the contact form above.

How does your furniture removal service work?

Our furniture removal service makes replacing your old furniture effortless. When we deliver your new item, we’ll collect the piece you’re replacing, whether that’s a single chair, a full set of dining chairs, a coffee table, or even a sofa.

You can add this service at checkout for a flat fee of £40. Just leave a note in the Order Notes section letting us know which item you’d like us to remove, and we’ll handle the rest during delivery, saving you the time and stress, of doing it yourself.
